Kitchen Remodeling Process

Meet for an in-person consultation at your home where we will discuss your project(s) and take measurements. We want to make your ideas become a reality, or will happily offer design ideas of our own.
You will receive a FREE design and proposal within a week. Review all of the presented information and let us know if you have any questions or prefer any changes.
Inform us when you’re ready to move forward with the project, and we will schedule a finalization meeting where we confirm project decisions, sign a service contract, collect a deposit, and double-check blueprints to ensure all is in order.
We will come out with our in-house contractors to start planning the project within a few weeks. You will know your exact project start date so that you can start to purchase any finish materials that you will provide.

"Our experience with MIK Homes was exceptional. To begin, they quoted me 6-8 weeks to do a total kitchen remodel which involved taking down a wall and new flooring throughout the entire first floor. The job only took a little over 4 weeks. I expected a big mess on demo day, but my home was left neat and clean. They even swept my front porch and driveway leaving no trace of dust or debris. Any time that work was scheduled to be done, they showed up right on the dot. Ed, the project manager was in constant contact with us throughout the entire process. "We just had a complete kitchen renovation. We love our new kitchen! My wife & I had no previous kitchen renovation experience before.
